Since I have a job that I'd much rather keep than lose, I don't think I could disappear from work for a day and not have it be a big deal. Plus that fact that I'm rather enjoying the way my life is now and I don't think it would be all that easy just to walk away from. Things are going well for the moment, so let's leave them that way.

I already have a pretty great appreciation for good wines. I was probably a little bit spoiled in Italy, but I still enjoy a good glass every now and then. While I didn't the luxury of a full tasting with notes and whatnot, I did enjoy a nice glass of wine after my shift at work and boy, did I need it.
